BuzzKill Solutions Group ("BuzzKill", "we", "us") supplies DEET-free insect repellent products across Africa. This policy explains what personal information we collect through buzzkillsolutionsgroup.co.za, how we use it, and the rights you have over it under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

We do not collect payment card details. Payments are processed entirely by PayFast (Pty) Ltd, a South African payment gateway — we never see or store your card number, expiry date, or CVV.
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics on this site. The only local browser storage used is temporary, in-memory cart contents while you're browsing, which is cleared when you close or refresh the page.
How We Use Your Information
- To process and fulfil your order, including arranging delivery.
- To send you order and payment confirmation emails.
- To respond to enquiries submitted through our contact or quote request forms.
- To maintain records required for accounting, tax, and legal compliance.
How We Store Your Information
Order and enquiry data is stored using Netlify's infrastructure (Netlify Blobs) and transactional emails are sent via Resend. Both providers act as processors on our behalf and are contractually restricted from using your data for their own purposes. We retain order records for as long as necessary to meet our accounting and legal obligations.
Sharing Your Information
We share personal information only with the service providers necessary to run this site and fulfil your order: PayFast (payment processing), Netlify (hosting and data storage), and Resend (transactional email delivery). We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Your Rights
